I was looking for a special current event and I found an interesting issue about a very common illness in Brazil that calls nervous anorexy and bulimia. The nervous anorexy and the bulimia are riots characterized for a strange alimentary behavior .They occur with much more frequency in the female sex of that in the male and people who have an extreme concern with the appearance and the form of the body. The nervous anorexy is present in approximately 1% of the adolescents or adult young, while the incidence of the bulimia is of approximately 5%. The main characteristic of the nervous anorexy are interrupted menstruation, accented loss of weight and at the same time, a strange fear to get fat. Already the nervous bulimia is characterized for a compulsion in feeding itself. The individual arrives to ingest from 2000 until 3000 whitewash in an only meal, only stopping to eat when something happens, for example, the ending of the food, the interference of another person or when it starts to feel bad. At these moments, it begins to have a terrible sensation of loss of control, and than to compensate, it provokes vomits, ingests extreme amounts of anorexígenos, laxative or exercises itself excessively.The treatment is based on psycotherapy, not rare needing the medicine, as antidepressants, that will be indicated by the psychiatrist, as if necessary.
